Kyoto Group: Notice of Annual General Meeting 2021

The Annual General Assembly of Kyoto Group AS will be held on 29 April 2021 at 10:00 hours (CEST) at the Company’s office in Torggata 15, 0181 Oslo.

However, as a result of the current regulations restricting indoor events in the municipality of Oslo due to covid-19, shareholders must exercise their shareholder rights without physical attendance, by providing a proxy with or without voting instructions to the chairperson of the Company’s Board of Directors.

The notice and the agenda for the Annual General Assembly are attached hereto.
